I should have been wearing my seatbelt a few days ago. It would have saved me from a broken nose and torn ligament in my leg.

Also your claim you can't be insured by a health care provider if you are exempt is also retarded, every state that has a Seatbelt Law also has medical exemptions provisions, and the one state that still has no seatbelt law on the books (New Hampshire) obviously has health insurance. Also while we're on the subject or orders little abner ,there is no Federal Seat Belt Law, and there never will be. Wanna guess why?

fixed.

as of Jan 2007 498 vehicle related deaths have been directly caused by the use of a seatbelt in a accident in which they would have otherwise survived.

as of May2007 148 civil verdicts have been rendered citing wrongful death at the hands of a seatbelt. That number could be drastically higher because information on settled cases in which the parties seal the proceedings is never released to the public.

Both of these occurences are as of 1985, the first year a mandatory seatbelt law was passed. No state government has ever been charged or sued for wrongful death or held criminally responsible for a death that their compulsory law caused. A normal person would be charged and convicted of criminally negligible homocide.

To date there has never been one study done or one opinion ever rendered that compulsory seat belt laws have ever prevented even (1) accident. On the other hand there have been numerous case studies and opinions by several scientist, doctors, legislators, LEO,Judges, etc... that compulsory seat belt laws in fact are a major contributing factor to accidents.

Good thing because you would not get much use since you hold no value exception of being a fuckstick.

I know LE is exempt from wearing seatbelts in everystate that has a seatbelt law, it's also in every departments SOP when and if the use is required.
States do not make it mandatory because they leave it up to the municipalities to make those decisions becuase of insurance and variuos other external issues. Most cities it is mandatory. State of Virginia does for State LEO, it only exempts under two specific instances in which you may ride without a seat belt. Guess you really have no clue about state also dumbass.

Also your claim you can't be insured by a health care provider if you are exempt is also retarded, every state that has a Seatbelt Law also has medical exemptions provisions, and the one state that still has no seatbelt law on the books (New Hampshire) obviously has health insurance. Wrong again fuck face, I am not speaking about health coverage as if you got hurt while driving. I am speaking about health coverage for those in the line of duty. An insurance company can refuse to cover a preventable accident while in the line of duty. That is why most departments enforce seat belt use. Guess you better get a better education, because you are far from smart. BITCH!

You run that cockshack too much, and on top of which you're wrong and your so dilluted you actually think your right. Not wearing a seatbelt is an Officer Safety issue, What you posted about federal agencys does not pertain to LEO, period. End of story, your [B]FUCKING WRONG DUMBASS[B] you turn knobs in the navy and think you're some kind of know-it-all. I have been in LE for 14 years clown, how are you going to try and tell me about what most departments are going to enforce???? You can't even gain respect from your own people, and your incompetence and fear is what keeps a sad piece of shit like you in uniform. So take your own advice and know your role and stay hidden away from the world in the navy where people are forced to acknowledge you, and your shortcomings as a leader will never be challenged. And stop acting like you know something about everything.

Wrong again you dumb bitch. Because under each of those executive orders is the following exemption for Federal Law Enforcement:

Law enforcement personnel actively engaged in transporting persons in custody or when circumstances, according to guidance issued by the appropriate law enforcement agency head, would render the wearing of a seat belt impractical

Guess what the same verbage is used in the State of Virginia Executive order which states the following exemption for seat belt use:

a. Law enforcement personnel actively engaged in transporting persons in custody or when circumstances, according to guidance issued by the appropriate law enforcement state agency head, would render the wearing of a seat belt impractical; and

b. Employees who have a physical condition or other bona fide medical reason, determined in writing by a licensed physician and presented to the employee’s supervisor, which would make wearing a safety belt impractical.

Guess you can go suck another dick or two, because it surely is not making you smarter.

End of story, your [B]FUCKING WRONG DUMBASS[B]
End of story you do not know shit, and it has been proven. Both of those were direct quotes from the Executive orders for Federal and State Employees which includes the law enforcement officers.

you turn knobs in the navy and think you're some kind of know-it-all. I have been in LE for 14 years clown, how are you going to try and tell me about what most departments are going to enforce???? The truth is obviuos, you know absolutely nothing and think you do, the proof has been posted, and you cannot believe it yourself. It is quite apparent that you fear me, and are obviuosly a wash out/quiter. Thats alright the country needs people that take up the positions that just follow other peoples orders. You do not know jack, and you are my bitch because of it. Later BITCH!
