It's gotta be losing air somewhere if you're building boost and you can't feel it, and you're running rich.

Oil changed, maf blasted with cleaner, car holding boost again.....wtf!!!!....so if my maf is bad is it causing my o2 sensor to read a rich condition??

If your MAF is bad it's causing the ECU to read a low-airflow condition. The O2 sensor is just along for the ride, the MAF is what is giving false readings most likely.
