Default RPRacing's 2007 Motor Setup. Small Motor. Power is still in the Bs.

This year we're still running the B in the Integra and we feel like there is still easy power left in there that people havent tried to stick with and get out. I'm not one to keep a hush hush on what i have going on. I have no reason to. I'd like everyone to get something easy together and get out there and race. there arent enough street stock competitors out there. for BOTI or for NHRA.
This year, as of right now, we're running 2 motors. We'll refer to them as the big one and the small one. The small one has already been assembled, run, tuned, raced on, and unfortunately messed up. (We had a mishap with what we thought was a fuel sample valve but turned out to be an inline block valve. We didnt know this until it was too late and we had successfully washed out the rings. No big deal). The Big one is going together as we speak for this weekend's race.

The small motor consisted of the type of build that your everyday joe schmoe can do. Its extremely cost effective for what it is. Everything is off the shelf parts! and Very easy on the labor budget for people not doing it themselves.

This motor had about 100 miles on it before this weekend's fuel mishap. It was my daily driver in addition to the race car. I did trailer it to the track, but only for ease of tools, breakage, and transit. The compression is only 12:1 and extremely streetable. I did tune on Sunoco 100 octane out of the pump here.

Block
GE 84mm b18c Block
OE Honda LS 89mm Crank
Wiseco 2cc Pistons
Eagle small bolt LS Rods
ACL Race Bearings
The only custom work we did was to tap and plug the oil squirters off. Nothing i wouldnt do on a customer's car running forged internals.

Head
00 ITR Head (stock porting, not even a gasket match or anything)
REV Flat faced Valves
Skunk 2 Springs and Retainers
OE Honda Prelude Lost Motion Assemblies
Skunk 2 Pro 1 Camshafts
Skunk 2 Pro Series Cam Gears
The only custom work done was to open up the Intake Manifold to a 70mm TB opening and blend around there to smooth that lip we made.

Accessories
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
OE Honda Integra Type R Intake Manifold (TB opening bored to 70mm and IAC blocked off)
Skunk 2 Pro Series 70mm Throttle Body
SMSP Header (6+ years old!!!)
Custom 2.5" Piping with Resonator into a APEXi N1 Axle Back Muffler
Comptech Intake Arm with RS Akimoto Velocity Stack
RC 440 Injectors (running around 65% Duty Cycle)
OE Honda Stock Fuel Rail
AEM Fuel Pressure Regultor
Evolution Industries Crank Pulley
ACT ProLite Flywheel

All this was tuned on Hondata s200.

We made 220whp and 152ft-lbs of torque (corrected numbers). We made this number a couple times on a couple different dynos (well give or take 2hp).

I tuned this motor and did a terrible job at it. But i'm still learning. I will get the Dyno sheet posted up for you all to see. I do feel this motor has a lot left in it and all we have to do is get it back together and find out!

Big Motor i will go into when i get back from NJ this weekend. I kind of still have

-Francisco
