If i'm buying a truck for acceleration, the Titan doesnt even come to mind. Seriously, it sounds like he just wants a small 1/2 ton pickup to drive around and maybe use the bed for a while, in which case I say go with the Ford or the Dodge. The nissan's parts are going to be expensive as hell and hard to find, whereas every store stocks stuff for the Ram and the f150.
