Dude asking drag is like comparing apples and oranges. You're gonna have people that hate Chevy, but love Ford and Dodge, or love Chevy and hate Ford or Dodge, or people that love Toyota and Nissan, but hate domestics.

I say go test drive everyone of them and see which one YOU like the best. They're all gonna have warranties so if something breaks, fuck it, take it back.

Honestly, I hate the way the new Chevy's look. I hate the way the new Fords look. Dodge's looks are decent. My uncle has a 02 Silverado (I believe, the last bodystyle before the newest one) 2500HD Diesel that he tows his race car with, I like it a lot. My brother is actually possibly selling in 04 4 door Ram, it's nice too.

 

 

I would say Nissan titan, but I think that they are like 2 grand out of your range. The reason is because these trucks are just quite simply badass, AND they put out more power than any other standard fullsize truck.

 

they also have the largest motor out of the group. the 5.3 chevy and 5.4 ford rigs are a bit less in the cube department than the 5.6 in the titan. the dodge is still larger i believe. i've heard the dodges have had tranny problems. i'm not much of a ford man but i'd get the ford. the new silverados look like crap. the dodge looks good but is a little steep in pricing and features. the tundra really doesn't do much for me. but then again i'd rather have a dropped '90 454 SS silverado or a '93 Lightning if i was gonna get a truck i could afford. or something mid-late 90's with either a cummins or powerstroke diesel. just my .02

 

There's a reason it didnt beat out the Ford F150 in the mag's truck awards, and its not because it's more badass.

 

Yeah, you are right. I think that the F-150 won most of the categories, but that the engine was underpowered was the reason why it took second. I think that the Titan had the best acceleration of any of the trucks.
