Default 88 Sentra

Yea I just got a free beater, 88'NIssan Sentra hatch .5pd w/ 120,000 on the OD. I just wanted 2 know if anyone had heard of swapping an SR20 or and Bluebird Sr20det in such a platform or of any upgrades at all for it. lol or is it worth the trouble.

that would be a tight swap. I'm sure the older bluebird wouldnt be too incredibly hard.

Yes, it is possible with some work. That body platform is the B12. There is a guy from Louisana with a 87 4 door with 424 whp- ("Nismodriver" from www.sr20deforum.com).

Only you can answer if its worth it.

Yea, but how much work. Im thinking about selling it and get an 91-95 SE-R. an SR20 in a B12 platform would be killer though

I'd have to vote for a B13 instead of starting with a B12. It would make life easier for your down the road.
