No, really. How do you install a piston upside down? Anyone can look at a picture of a piston, a picture of a connecting rod, and then tell that it's physically impossible to install the piston upside down.

It's not so much upside down as it is 180 out. The intake valve relief lines up with the exhaust valve and vice versa.
