Default F/S: Freshly Rebuilt LT1 Engine (Richmond)

I originally bought this motor from a member here who was going to put it in his RX7 and ended up getting a different motor. He rebuilt this with a new crank, bored over .30, new pistons and bearings. Bad bearings were the reason for the rebuild. Well, turns out it's going to cost me alot more to have my mechanic put this together (heads + oil pan are off but included, needs gaskets) and swap parts then I had thought, and I didn't find this out until after I bought it. I'm just going to sell it and get some other motor so I can do a straight out swap. The mechanic mentioned that there are some scratches on the piston rings, which may or may not be a big deal. I took it by a machine shop to have them look it over and give it their OK before I installed it, and they said it was fine after making some adjustments, and I have the paper work for that. I just want to get something back out of it, so I'm starting the price at 500. The motor is in Southern Richmond and your welcome to go take a look at it. Any questions feel free to let me know here or rydell_hall@yahoo.com. Easiest way to get in touch with me is through e-mail.

lots of people interested still, but no one following through. Come on guys, this is a freshly rebuilt LT1, all it needs is some gaskets then you just put the heads and oil pan on(which are included) and drop it in. E-mail me rydell_hall@yahoo.com
