The boost spikes to 19.5psi in mid-range RPMs then drops to 16psi, but the timming is backed off so much from the factory to make sure there's no detnation, thats why the re-flashed ecu's and boost controller add 25+AWHP alone and I've seen people run 21-22psi in there evreyday driven evo's, so they arent that maxed out.
The best part about the new evo's is they are finaly bringing the MR to the states, that will put it neck to neck with the STI in in-line performance, and at the track pull even better times than the standard Evo VIII.
