any modifications to your car are illegal period. it'll never change, ever. people just need to learn not to draw any attention to themselves and they won't get tickets. i have a fucking fully built race spec motor with a 2.5 inch straight exhuast, no cat, etcc. it is pretty damn loud, but it looks oh so stock and i dont drive like an absolute fuck tard. throw a fart can on a civic with a big wing, you'll get tickets all day long.
