Casey, worry about money before all else? NEVER! Speaking from proffesional experience, if Casey really cared about their staff, and let them do half of what they are capable of, they would be lethal. Three of the top five salespeople on the Pennisula work there. If they treated as they deserve to be, all other dealerships would have a serious problem.
