Proceed at your own risk. As far as buying a car, they aren't the worst. As far as service goes, they suck ass!

All I can say, is that if you buy a car from the NN Honda store, buy it from Moe. He's really good! Talk to to Moe for a good deal, take it to Hall Acura for factory service.

I personally haven't had any trouble with them but I only got my engine flushed out back in the day when I first got to va. I dropped my car off paid and it was all good.

Williams Honda has pretty good customer service. They do follow up calls and send thank you letters and all that nice crap. You should go there for your warranty work stef.

Casey and Hall, they can care less if they sell you a car. The service departments are bad.

just because you bought a car from casey honda doesn't mean you have to take it back to casey honda for warrenty work...by taking it back to them you are only helping them get more money... honda pays the dealerships for warranty work... my bro is a service writer for hall acura in vb...if it was an acura i would tell you just to take it to him...
