can an officer.....
Spoken like a true cop.
I have great respect for the police and the service that they provide; but come off it dude. Do you really expect any intelligent person to believe that you (police officers in general; not you personally) don't target sportbikes? You're gonna pay as much attention to the 65 year old guy on the Goldwing wearing safety gear as you do to the 18 year old wearing shorts and flipflops riding a gixxer 1000?
I for one don't believe it.
And you pay as much attention to the minivans as you do the lowered ricers with stadium seating? Um hum, sure you do.
Police profile. End of story. You can't tell me you don't. I have many friends in many parts of the country that are cops; so don't try and blow smoke up my ass. I know how it really works.
Now you personally may not profile; but I know for a fact that many of the cops in va beach do just that; and have been trained to do just that.
Now if I want to concentrate on the soccer mom in the suv babbling on her cell phone doing 70 in a 55 vice the lowered civic doing 65 in a 55; that will be my choice as a cop. Plain and simple.
If I want to stop and inspect every semi rolling down 64 to make sure that they have the apprpriate number of straps and tie downs for their cargo and I'm a statie; I'll damn well do it.
We all want to blame all the accidents and vehicle deaths in this country on the youth and ricers and kids on sportbikes.
How about the 85 year old lady who can't even see at night doing 30 in a 45? That's just as dangerous as speeding. How about the guy purposefully doing the same speed as the guy in the lane next to him just so no one can pass? Or the guy doing 55 in a 55 in the passing lane? Just cause he's doing the speed limit he feels he can travel in the passing lane vice the travel lane? And not get out of anyone's way 'cause he's doing the speed limit and he's gonna make sure no one else speeds?
This has all happened to everyone here at one time or another in one form or another. And I for one am sick of it.

i think one reason cops pull bikes is to see if we will run, everyone loves action and bikes are notorious for running from the cops... i had a cop pull me over once to see if i'd run and then he chewed me out about how i wouldn't be able to beat him in a pursuit, he's just lucky i hadn't done anything wrong or else we would have found out

That pipe is a yoshi. I swear to god. If I was at home right now I'd take a pic of the name imprinted on the pipe.

did you buy the bike brand new though? i mean they dont come off the showroom floor with a yosh pipe... i guess its possible the stock exhaust could be manufactored by yoshimira, after all your wheels are enkei's, but its no different than any other stock exhaust
Exactly. It's the stock Honda CBR 600F4 pipe, but it's manufactured by Yoshi.
It does sound a hell of allot better than most stock pipes in my opinion. And everyone who hears it thinks that it's an aftermarket pipe.
You can tell by the pic that it's not an aftermarket pipe; but yes, I did buy the bike used. It was fully stock with like no miles on it when I got it.
It's still stock except for an undertail kit by Eurobikes, different rear blinkers, the Targa seat cowl and a K&N air filter.
