that is by far the dumbest thing you have ever said, so their job is to go around and scan parking lots for illegally modified cars and to write them tickets while no one is even in them; i think not. Their job is to serve and protect not to be parking lot nazis

First, you don't know me- Hi, I'm Ali- so how would you know anything I may have said?
Secondly If they see something in violation of the law it IS their job to do something about it. Are you saying that you know, FOR A FACT, that the officer was cruising the lot specifically looking for modified cars to write tickets for? I'm guessing you don't, and I'm guessing that the cop wasn't doing that. This DOES NOT make them Nazi's. Just makes the person who got the ticket unlucky that day. Perhaps your concept of their job description has been mislead. While it may suck to find a ticket on your car, if you modify it in most any way (here in VA) then you ARE in fact in violation of various laws, and that's a chance you chose to take when you did the mod. So open your mind a little bit. It might do you some good?

John knows me. He is entitled to say that. He is also entitled to get his ass kicked the next time I see him.

well it depends on the parking lot. If it was private property, NO. If it was a security officer , yea thay can issue what ever they want on private property. Sworn law enforcement, Hampton Police, Newport News Police, ect., Can only issue reckless riving and dui on private property. If the lot os a public lot yea. But the Officer can't just write those tickets. You have to be driving the car, you have to be stopped. He can't just walk up to the car and start writing tickets and when you come out from where ever hand them to you.it doesn't work that way....go to court
so why are they allowed to sit in private lots and clock people?

I have gained more respect of the officers of VAGINA BITCH. As much as I hate the I have been dealing with a few of them in the past few days due to a hit and run I was invoved in ( i cant spell ) the cop who came to the scene didnt file my report so I have been dealin with sargents and dectives all week long. I will add that dec. cook of the hit and run divsion is a fucking cunt. But the other police I have talked are respectfull and polite also with me doing towing now with my company I get some police calls and the ones out there are pretty cool also. Maybe because I am not breaking the law so the have a better attitude about things? I dont know. Also thank you STEALTH ASS. for giving me that advice about that situation.

Damn, I can't believe all of these cops going around giving tickets to people who knowingly break laws. Seriously, what is up with that, they have a lot of nerve trying to enforce laws and do their job!
