EXCELLENT SLEEPER! CHEAP TO INSURE--
Dodge Spirit RT - 91 and 92

224hp ... 4 cyl turbo! 4 door.. only problem is rarity.
14.4 1/4 mile time - weighs 3150 lbs
The engine was the 2.2 Turbo III, the third turbocharger setup CC had developed. Mopar engineers worked with Lotus to create the engine, which included Lotus-designed heads; it was the first four-valve-per-cylinder engine Chrysler had ever built, and featured balance shafts, a double overhead cam, and an intercooled Garret turbocharger. With the R/T's only transmission - the A-568 five-speed manual, created for that engine - it could reach 60 miles per hour in between 5.8 and 6.8 seconds.

very sweet cars though
Even though these aren't sports cars, You can find decent condtion 94-96 impala ss from anywhere from 6500-8000. Also another opition is a 94-96 caprice 9c1. These are pretty much mechnical identical to the impala ss with a couple off add ons like boxed frame, trans and engine oil cooler. These cars come with the 260hp 330ft.lbs. Iron head Corvette Lt1 motor. Bone stock 9c1's can do a high 15 low 14 in the 1320. Since all off the cars are old police vechicles. I purchased my 96 caprice 9c1 for only 200 dollars from a friend with 168k and i love it.

Agreed but for the record I drive a 90 RX7. Quite random though, I don't recall saying I have the best looking car on earth I hope you're not comparing it to a 4 door EF...

a4 1.8t ecu upgrade and minor bolt ons 207hp 247ft/lbs... besides its quiet, you wouldnt be embarrassed to have a chick get in it and attempt a conversation over a deafening exhaust and you would get over 30mpg on the highway, and awd is pwn
