Mostly because they're a different class of car...though the close price will of course have people comparing the 2 performance cars. Anyways, the price of the gt500's right now are temporary. Once the demand drops down, it'll of course become normal.

I don't think the demand for this car will drop. Its produced in such limited quantities...
