hell do exhaust, intake headers and gears and the SS would kill a lightly tuned ITR-T, just ask bigbake...

A turbo type R can potentially out accelerate a camaro SS. Racing a quarter mile brings in too many variables when trying to take accurate measurements of a cars potential. thats about like having a 1000hp car on 185/65/15 tires. yea it has a lot of power (not saying a turbo type r does) but youve gotta be going about 110mph to fully utilize it. and whats the point of that...

k end of discussion. SS owns the type r in the quarter and the 1/8th mile. the type R will get you more 15 year old girls. you all can decide...

You have SS on your car what, 16 or more times? You have it on your brakes, everywhere under the hood, on the speedo. Guess the question why? It is clean, but I walked around Jenroes once and you were wiping it down when I got there and an hour later when I left.

Good luck at the track, maybe you can run a WRX, you will love the rear end on them.

Thanks for being honest, however, next time I want advise from a 14 year old kid, I'll just ask my little brother. I have SS under the hood 5 times, 6 during shows, and I dont get the point of me cleaning the car at Jenroe's? I may not be faster than 95% of the cars on this board, but I did say that it was my OPINION that i was. I know alot of stock LS1's than are in the 12's so its no far fetched for me to be there with the induction mods I've done, plus exhaust. At least do me 1 favor when your being honest, and say something that makes sense. My SS is not the fastest car in town, nor will it ever be, that's not my goal. If you dont like my car and thinks it's slow, then i'll meet you somewhere with YOUR car and we shall see. Thanks again for being honest and not hating. thanks

At least you realized the point even if you are being argumentative. Your example is a bit exaggerated...I'm sure you know. IRL there are races from a roll.

Reuter, with 350hp, an open rear end, 2500lb car, and 195/60/15's...

How fast do you think I will need to be goin??? Honest question.. I dont think 1st will be any good during a race.. and a little bit of 2nd will probably be a waste for me..
