i got a 95 in a 45 and managed to stay out of jail. you'll be fine.

 

hell yea..i got caught going 97/35 and i got pulled over but fortunately i knew the fuckin pig(he used to be my PO) and he jus wrote the ticket for 75/35 and told the judge that i was very polite and cooperative so I got away with 90 suspension and a 75 dollar fine plus court fees and driving school, so its nothing really to stress about....jus calm down and calibrate your speedometer and plead guilty at court youll get away trust me

 

or you could get a lawyer to fight it and reduce it to improper driving go to driving school and have that ticket dropped...i got mine dropped


and i didn't plead guilty

 

oh, and one thing that helps is to take driving school before you go to court, it shows iniciative....and if you got the ticket on the hampton part of 64 then pm me and i'll give you the name of my lawyer, he knew who was the nicest judge and get delayin the court date until i got that judge.

 

It all depends on the judge, and believe it or not whether you're male or female. In VA. Beach, Judge Cochran and Judge E????? will give you jail time for that definitely. If you get some judge with the last name beginning with an "E" (old white guy) or Cochran (white female), forward your court date to a further date. Basically, if you're a female you're getting off. If you're a male, you're fucked.

 

Its only your first ticket? How old are you?

MOST people have their first ticket dismissed but with the prerequisite of going to drivers improvement within..6 months I believe, maybe a year.

Happened to me. But I wasnt wreckless.

Since you had to do 20-25 over, this may not count.

okay let me ask this... in cali we use to use the question of when was the last time the radar gun was calibrated... because they were required to do that in a specific duration of time... and if it wasnt done it gets thrown out... is this true?

 

.... yea its true ... but most of the time when the judge ask the oficer what happend he will say he radared you ... then when he is dun we will say it was calibrated in the morning and after his shift sence they are required to do that in virgina ... saying your from out of town and its your first ticket dont sweet it man i mean whats worse than a 49 in a 25 around a school in the rain .. at 17 teen .... and they let me off with just school .... just look respectfull when you go in and be as nice as you can be .... and you should be fine

 

oh yea and it wont one of those 25mph when flashing ... it was around houses and shiz considred residential
