okay i got my first speeding ticket from saome bastard ass state trooper mofo!

details..
64east bound.
following another chick gun us both down at 77 in a 55mph.
pulled us both over and ticketed us. over 20 he says and its reckless so he wrote it up that way... BASTARD!~

i get back to work and tell the office... they say to get a lawyer because i can go to jail for a year for this shit... are these people over reacting? or is this true?

sounds dumb to me.. but so does illegal to wear a thong on the beach, cant do it doggie style, and no sex with anybody other than your wife... these are some of the wack laws people have told me about VA...

way over reacting, had a friend who was on probation and got a ticket on the interstate doing about 79 and he had 3 before that. and still has his license. your all good.

 

Technically you can go to jail for up to 12 months and up to a $2500 fine. Reckless driving is a class 1 misdemeanor in the state of VA. Does it ever happen, yes, but it is very rare.

i got a 49 in a 25 .... at 17 teen they let me off just sending me to school and cort fee .... i dont think you need to worry about any thing

 

I can def see where he is coming from and what he is worring about, I have been there. But try not to stress over it. What city was it in? Kinda depends on who you have to go before too.

i just got caught. its not like i drive like an ass i was tailing another car with the flow of traffic..
i talked to my sister... and she said i should have been int hat diamond lane... i never knew that i wasnt suppose to be in there... i read the signs.. but it wasnt in certain hours you know.

 

what part of 64? if its in hampton, i wouldnt stress about it...i got 105 in a 55 and i was in the "diamond" lane, the HOV lane and a state trooper pulled me over and he could have arrested me but didnt. i went to court and the judge looked at me and said "how long am i going to have your license" and i said "its your decision, your honor" and he said 30 day suspended license, 30 day jail time and 750 dollar fine, but he suspended the jail and 500 dollars for 2 years. so i wouldnt worry, it was my first ticket and all i had to do was go to driving school and go without driving for 30 days. i just cant get in any kind of trouble for 2 years
