OK. I have just gotten my first ticket too. In fact, I went to the courthouse today and waited for about four hours for my case to be presented. I was pulled for doing 59 in 35. The judge asked me how I pleaded and I said guilty. Then he gave me the choice to take a driver's course and once that is completed, it wont go on my record. Check it out. Your prolly bored as shit now lol.

Not really ......Yes the just suppend it in the state of VA....
However you can get a New Licenes in SOME states but not all......And If your Ins. Finds out all 50 States wont give u a License ........ The cop and judge can take any License from any state when they suppend it or if u get pulled on suppended
Not tryin to sound like a know it all but I have been there done that tooo many times ......Not some friend of mine I heard about from ............

And yes you can get up to 1 year in jail in the state of Virginia for reckless driving. Though it rarely happens unless you go into the court room and act like some sort of stupid ass kid and piss the judge off. Sort of like you act around here....
