OK.. i am really not following. If he is saying that the guys license plate that hit him is in his hatch, then he has his information right there. From what I can tell, he is the one that got rear ended. So the guys rear tag should have been in tact and plainly visable. I am not seeing what being in his hatch as anything to do with not being able to see the guys license plate. Obviously he could still drive the car. Only thing that I can figure is that he couldnt make a u-turn and get out of the parking lot before the guy was gone. But that would have absolutely nothing to do with it being a hatch.

I am reading and I am not following what his hatch had to do with anything.

 

He doesnt know the plates of the car behind him because the car got all up in his ass and so the plate was not visible. OP was rearended.. meaning front plate of vehicle doing rearending was up on the ass of the hatch.

 

I would keep a look out but I am never over in that part of town. but I will take a picture of any blue 4-runners that I see for ya.

 

I get that... that would be with any car. I thought that he was implying that he couldn't get the guys plate after he ran. Hell, I dont get nobody's plate till I pull over either. I tell you what though. He better be one fast mother fucker though. I will damn near total my car to get that bitches plates! Driving over curbs and shit.

 

Good luck with everything man. That really sucks. That's why I cant have a phone that's not a camera phone. I try to take pictures of everything that looks like questionable situation.
