GREAT! I have been rearended!
I left my house today on my way to MacAuthur Mall to see "The Incredible Hulk". I was driving North on Independence just before the divided section for the on ramp for 264. Seemed that nobody could merge properly and were in a hurry to go nowhere. So I decide I thought it would be best if I just stayed in the left lane and just used the outside lane on the on ramp.
This did not work out best for me. As I pulled passed all the heavy braking in the right lane under the overpass. I can up on traffic stopped in the left lane. I then hear a honk and look in my rear view mirror to see a Green 95 Nissan Pickup truck running a blue Cavalier into the center median and he doesn't look like he is stopping.
Traffic was rolling just a bit and I had about 7 feet between me and the car in front of me so I popped the clutch to try and give me some more braking distance. As I hear his tires lock up I felt the impact.
Thought to myself, "That fucker just hit me!!!" I tried to remain calm and just reminded myself that "shit happens, and besides, it wasn't that hard of an impact maybe it didn't do any damage!" So, I put my hazards on and pulled passed the on ramp onto the blocked off shoulder. Get out of my car and see this.
here was my before:
I kinda wish I would have just stood on the brake and let the bitch hit me! Atleast he might have totaled my car at that point. Instead he just fucked it up. I noticed later that, my antenna wont go all the way down, my rear end diff makes a clunk noise when taking off, and there is a crack in the hatch under the spoiler. The obvious damage is that all the paint on the bumper is gone. The rear fender around the taillight is fucked up and my JDM taillight is cracked. Cops came, no tickets were issued and the guy admitted fault. I just hope that he actually has insurance. Kept saying that he couldn't get anybody on the phone.
On a good note, I did make my 7pm showing and it was a good movie and had not other problems on the way home.

wtf people love hitting you huh? i almost go rear ended in the tunnel yesterday,dumb ass people who can't drive FTL.
