I've got a question for you all! My friend got into an accident last week up in Maryland and dipped. Does anyone know the laws on this up in MD?? Also, I got a 92 in a 55, wreckless driving ticket on the toll road last night, this is my first driving offense, what do you think is going to happen?? Thanks for any imput, peace...

 

92 in a 55.... you are losing your license. Talk to the judge and make some bullshit up about fixing your car, etc. Tell him that you fucked up, you realize that you fucked up and if it is possible to do community service to drop it entriely off of your record. The hit in run, your boy has to call the county of maryland police that it occured. If you got the tag numbers and they are VA tags, just call a VA cop, lie and say he hit you in virginia. When working with different states it becomes a hassel.

My Freind Brought Roses to the judge and told him sorry.... it didn't work so don't try it.

how crucial of an accident was it? Was it under 5mph? and no visible damage...?

 

ok...lets see...he was at 120, hit the car at about 60, the van spun out and then hit a guard rail. Not much damage to his...but there was a whole fam. in the car too...

 

He hit a family in a van at a 60 MPH difference in speed and fled?! Tell your friend I hope cats eat his eyes out.

 

Man, i understand that he fucked up, but shit, he got scared and didn't know what to do...im not sayin what he did was right, but im just askin what he should do now...

I think he's turning himself in tomorrow...but who knows
