that really does suck man. I guess they didn't have insurance or didn't want to claim it. What all was damaged on your car?

fender, bumper, hood, and passenger door all need to be replaced. the door might be able to just be banged out and repainted but it's serious damage. Im not going through insurance only becuase my deductable is too high and the rise in price wouldnt be worth it.

check with your insurance company, it may have a clause for uninsured/underinsured motorist. This would cover your car even if you only have liability, check with them and if it's covered have them take care of the costs.

if you can afford to pay out of your pocket with out making a claim w your insurance i would do it. They will pay for your damage but will up your payments in the future which will cost you alot more in the long run. Bitches . Speaking from experience.
