I'm serious. How many people would go race on 564 if there was a track available? How many people would stay here instead of wasting gas and time going to Newport News? I'm all for this track idea, even if it takes awhile to do, it's still a great idea....

 

im glad you all are enthusiastic about this but really if you think about it it's not going to happen. I'm not trying to be negative but it's not. The thing that is going to stop this from happening is money. This project is going to be VERY expensive. Next is half the people posting up saying they'll help won't be comitted to this project for a long period of time. Not trying to get any one discouraged but thats what i believe. Good luck any ways.

 

well im sure if the scca gets behind it which may happen sponsership can happen.im the one that emailed them and i was told that if an official business plan was drawn up they would look at it and consider financial support for the project.the money issue is the biggest issue but the project thus far is very doable

I agree. Your not gonna just fall on some money. It's gonna take time, sponsors, patience, and most of all, SUPPORT. I'm guessing that some people think this is gonna happen in a month. I'll support this as long as it takes because it is a good idea.....
