is on point. stay tuned.
EPA Agent on phone in MID-ATLANTIC said call STATE EPA- if anything other than DOT vehicles will be used. well. Pro sure as heck isnt DOT.
STATE is 800 592 5482
Im sure i dont need to remind anyone, be as polite and professional as Possible!
I am calling them now.
Emissions is our concern. WE WILL NOT be dumping anything. Ill pay to have that handle professionally.
Now it is Tidewater EPA 757 518 2000 Emissions. I have used up my break, and my Seniors break, if someone else decides to call, PLEASE PM ME First.
I AM CALLING Tidewater EPA tomorrow- so far, I have been advised, as long as we do not handle dumping anything, the track wont be a problem. onsite race fuel may be. thats something ill discuss with VIR later.
K&K Insurance Said once they know if a gasoline and/or Mechanic shop is ONSITE- this will allow them to give me an idea /quote of rate. as of now, I cant get an acurate quote until i am sure SMS will be on site- and if we will be (momst likely) supply fuel on site. 104 Octane UNLEADED.

Okay. update:
We should actually be fine. normal building a housing related to a track. if SMS wants to build a shop onsite- that section of construction MUST be cleared for a mechanic/Car shop.
When calling businesses/ potential supporters,
use sir, yes Ma'am. Thank you.
IDENTIFY yourself as A representative of VARaceway Construction
and for goodness sake-check the the first post for updates. I do them daily.
To0C0oL - where are you, if you are not too far- I will come get you.

we need to arrange something to where we can go check this out, get pics, set up a staging board. we need to know what exactly this place needs to get running. i mean its cool to assume things but until we actually step foot on the grounds , we are doing nothing but assuming
