need a good dui lawyer in mont. county
NOBODY recommend a lawyer that has the right connections to get this person off lightly. I hope they hang the thread starter out to dry enough to make sure he never drives drunk again. My lack of pity for person comes from the fact that I have had a drunk person try to run me off the road.
If he wants a recommendation, he can call the county BAR association and let them recommend an attorney (which will be a crapshoot as to their skill b/c every single attorney that practices law in the courts are a member of the BAR). If he doesn't like his odds with that, then he never should have got behind the wheel drunk.
And for the record, b/c that incident happened when I was 16, I have never driven drunk or even "buzzed" off of beer for that matter.

My post was made to say, OK it was stupid, does it really take 2 pages of people saying the exact same thing to get the message across.
Oh and with the attacking rotorowns you, I think we kept it pretty civil. If you look at my posts I also "attacked" myself.
Great you've never driven drunk, want a fucking cookie or something, Im glad you havent. BUT have you every done anything stupid out on the roads, and dont start that "only when noones around bullshit" because you have and you know it.

Yes, you don't know the slightest detail about me... but you know my driving habits? Why do you even attempt to get your attempts at "logic" accepted?
Personally I dont care who you are, but generally people who reside on car forums engage in spirited driving.
But anyhow, either confirm or reject the question.

Hmm Llama, you are pretty good at arguing. I think you and Brandon (D1g1taV3n0m) should get into an arguing match, I really don't know who would win
I personally have never driven drunk.. I think its one of the dumbest things one can do.

Plus, I have to give credit where it's due to Llama.. We've had at it a few times, but he's one of the few people on this forum who can have an intelligent argument with and not feel like you're arguing with a brick wall. lol...
Its not really a contradiction when it is on two seperate topics.
I was stating that you have driven before in an unsafe manner. Do I know that for sure? Of course not. But I would be willing to bet money on it.
And then the seperate reasoning that supports the above assumption. That the majority of people that frequent these sites engage in spirited driving.
And the answer to the question is?
