Every time I've been to court, I've been amazed to get a stiffer punishment for a minor moving violation than most of the drunk drivers in there. Stricter DUI laws my ass.

I know some good ones that could probably easily get you off. But I am not going to say shit, because I hope they put you in jail. Anything else might be different, but a DUI is stupid ass shit. So, I hope they fuck your shit up and make you think twice before doing it again.

Most people wouldn't believe how easy it is to get off of a DUI charge. All you have to do is disobey the law... And that gets your shit off. They need to do something about DUI laws, because a lawyer with any skills whatsoever can get a client off with almost nothing.

As most of you know, I was rear-ended by a drunk driver who hit me and ran. To this day, the officers have not even followed up with the case and the man is probably driving drunk as I type this. He won't be charged with anything until he kills someone.

I always thought VA was strict on DUI laws until I got involved in law and read some books. I know a lawyer who lived at the lake, and he told me he had never had a DUI client go to jail... And he had over 20 DUI cases.
virginia has some seriously messed up laws, IF you look at your kid the wrong way DSS will take them in a heartbeat., your dog gets out the yard ONCE...250 fine and gotta pick them up., fart can muffler= fine......DUI= slap on the hand, a small but payable fine and DIP class.....................DAMN COMMONWEALTH

Well thats fucking bullshit then if you can walk from a DUI. They should throw his punk ass in jail. If some drunk hit my family and killed them. i would hunt thier ass down and kil them slowly. Fuck it I wont kill them. Ill just make them wish they had died.
When I lived in New Orleans you didnt get away from a DUI. It was a automatic minimum fine of $2500, license suspended for 6 months and 90 days in jail. Though the 90 days could be reduced to a ankle bracelet and in house arrest for like 6 months.
