i got lots of flack from that metro deisel place for taking them turbos to do stuff to. and for ordering. i would even take them a part number, and they still didn't want to order it. thats why they remain a small local hole in the wall business.

The guy isn't being real flexible on the warranty, and he won't do a core exchange (why not? its like free temporary money, good for a business...) because he says he doesnt have any center sections layin around(yea.... RIGHT), when he said he would do it before I raised a big about him trying to charge me another $150 to put a damn stagger gap ring in.. so I said screw him and I have a stagger gap ring sittin at my house, I'll do it myself.. only way to do things right anyway apparently
The compressor seal was broken before I got it rebuilt, so I bet the jackass just replaced that and didnt bother replacing the turbine ring..
How do these people operate businesses for any long amount of time?
