If he was at the track, I'm unaware of it.. I didn't go to the track unfortunately.

I saw him on the road. I have to give it up to Nathan because it takes a lot for me to compliment a Honda/Acura.. With that said, WOW! That car is sick in every aspect.

Yup, it was pro engines. When I had the wrx, I had to get a bolt cut since it was stripped - so I stopped over there for a quick second.

But about the drag strip - I really enjoyed it. I think I'm going to bring beer next time, and sit up on the hill to watch. I saw 4N MUSCLE run (red eclipse that started this thread) - I saw you 89silude, when your friend was parking his car I think. I don't know what you look like, but there was I think 4 guys that got out of the car. It was a fun time, and even my GF really enjoyed it. Does anyone know how much it costs to actually spectate on friday's?

My best run was 8.9@90mph, lol ZERO traction there. Very saddened to be quite honest. I think Marshall ran an 8.9 at best too, traction was just simply awful.

How many times did you run? I saw you fuck up pretty bad once, haha. You threw your hands up - and I think it was that same time that you might have missed 2nd. I think you still ran a 10.02 on that run. That was on your third run I think. I like the car though. There were def. some pretty nasty cars there... think the lowest I saw was a 6.00 - from a car.

89silude, doubt that you remember.. but I was a taller guy, spiked hair - with a short blonde girl, a short brown haired girl, and a taller skinny blonde haired guy. Next time people go we should all meet up or something.

Yep, at NB on my small 16g, with 18psi, pump gas, Safc, and 550's, I ran a damn 8.022. In the past two years I think I had pulled perhaps one 60' that wasnt below 2 seconds, most of them around 1.7-1.8, however I just simply couldnt hook at all there. As for the 2nd gear miss, I believe my syncro is going out, it has been grinding really bad during downshifts lately, o well though, I think a single bajinxed shift was the least of my worries last night. Jeff I think ran a damn 8.1 if I was told right in his 240 with slicks on, marshall got like an 8.9, it was just bad. If you cant tell im still just urked about it all, I have been so looking forward to going to the track and getting a new time on my current setup since its changed so drastically, and then it turns out completely different from what I expected, just kinda urks/saddens me. I dont head to the track often for fear of breaking things, so I think next time I go will likely be MIR this summer, a track that should have good traction.

It's a brand new track, it's gonna take some time to lay down some rubber on the track.. I'm sure things have to settle and "break in"..
