electrical probs

Default electrical probs

anyone know how to find a short cuz my taillights, running lights, and dash lights wont come on...and the tail fuse keeps blowing so i cnat drive at nite...brake and turn signals work tho...but yeh i need to find this short and if anyone is able to help me id really appreciate it

I had that problem with the integra when I got it. I had a bad hot wire that kept grounding and blowing the fuse. Your interior lights, taillights, and running lights are all on the same fuse. The blown fuse is what makes them all go out so you just need to find the wire that is doing it. Also double check your box and make sure you are using the right size fuse. Make sure you don't have your stereo or any other accessories powering off of that fuse too.

there are so many things to go off of, it will be hard to tell ya without looking. i talked to you earlier about that......and i usually fix most electrical problems within an hour.....so lemme know man!
