well i'm running on a ka24e and i am having some bad fire issues around 4 rpm..has anyone had issues like this..or is it time for a swap

 

4,000 RPM I assume? Check your plugs, wires, timing.

Also, how many miles are on this engine?

 

Dude if your car stalls it could prob be your injectors....Thats what happened to my s13 awhile back

 

well the motor has about 176,000 on it and ya sometimes it will stall out on a start up..and i thought it might be the spark plugs so i changed those..so ya i guess i should have done the plugs also.

 

Ya man check tha injectors...and your head gaskets gonna need to be changed soon...check it all out and let me know

if that doesnt work, its your maf.

As l8tapex said, plugs, wires, and such.... also the early nissans had problems with injectors starting to fail after time. So its time to upgrade or replace them.

 

Pakelika, unless youve personally diagnosed his car dont go around making uneducated statements such as he needs his HG replaced just because its high mileaged. Id do the easiest stuff first, check your timing, get a free MAF(or clean yours), then move on to the tune up things.

ok well after 150,000 miles the head gaskets start to blow...and yes changin plugs and ect. would be easier and cheaper to do first...but he said he did it already so tha next thing down tha list is tha big stuff
