You could even tell what he was saying?!
To keep this on topic,maybe Robdaman can chime in on doing your own paint project.Last week he started on a color change for his Civic.I believe he has about 40 hours in it so far in sanding,sealing,priming,blocking,etc.After that much time it's now ready for paint,then wet sanding and buffing,so figure another few hours there.
Basically,there's a reason a killer paint job costs $5k+,and it's not materials.
