Default ceramic coatings

Anyone use any ceramic coated (thermal barrier) products? I have used Jet Hot in the past but am looking for other places locally. I did find a place in Salem that does powder coating but not sure on the ceramic coatings.

We used to do all kinds of coatings at blackdog. We even thermal barriered(sp) a couple scca track cars in the exhaust ports and couldn't tell. Just looked like carbon and smoothed the casting. Porting was not allowed so we coated it smooth. We also teflon coated piston skirts and cermic coated piston tops(excellent for turbos). Products can be bought online from lots of places. What are you coating? Parts need baked after coating so small parts went in a toaster oven.
Most coatings are applied with a small air brush.

What I was getting at was I don't know of anyplace in rke/salem that does this stuff but it is not that difficult to do. One thing I forgot is you have to blast the parts with alum. oxide to open pores in the metal to aid in bonding.

Is blackdog racing back across some railroad tracks? If so I know where you are located. There is a shop almost across the pathway that does the powder coating. If so I would like to talk some at a later date and time.
