HP Coatings (HPC) in KS/UT is my personal favorite but I'd give ThermalTech Coatings in Hopewell (close to Dinwiddie) a call, they are great to deal with and have good prices. They have a sweet black high temp ceramic coat for turbo stuff, and it's fairly cheap. They also do powdercoating.

By the way, standard ceramic coatings are in the range of 1300 deg F, and high temp in the range of 1900 deg F. And trust me, you need every bit of that 1900 degrees for turbo stuff.

I've seen some problems with Jet Hot stuff, I'd stay away from them, they just don't seem to be on the same level as Swain and HPC. I haven't seen any problems with the ThermalTech stuff yet, product looks excellent for a local place.
If you want the best, go Swain or HPC, they're really the leaders in ceramic stuff fin the US. There is one other major player but they do mostly industrial stuff, I don't remember their name.
