J-Spec Auto - Horrible Experience
You should have read their warranty faq's then. Clearly states they provide a warranty and will replace, they just won't pay labor charges. Which you would have been better off buying the tools to do the swap yourself because it's not hard in a Honda.
Only question I have for JSpec is someone in your quality control department sucks.
You state:
Guess your quality tester needs to fired for selling a motor with no compression at all. And because you state you sell motors with good compression, I think this dudes situation is a little different then you'll just replace the motor under warranty since you guaranteed you did compression checks and it's obvious you guys missed one.

We inspect all our engines before shipping out to ensure there is no damage or broken parts. We take compression tests of all our engines. We do not sell engines with bad compression so you are guarenteed to get a good product. We are not out there to screw people over, we simply want to offer a good and ligitimate product and friendly service. We have built a good reputation in the last 3 years and we plan top keep it that way.
