I have been to jspec multiple times and I work at the other end of whitesel rd so I can def say I know who the people are. The customer service there I have not experienced because all of our products have been 100% down to the s14 5 lug but you cant mess up much there. If he really was being ignorant and not trying to help thats another story. Jspec is a busy place, if he said he will replace it. Do that, you wanted to b20 in your car, you must get it there somehow. & since your paying carlos to do it of course I can see your frustration. I know it sucks you went through this, and I'm sorry but no need to flame them. Get your engine put it in and rock it til you blow it up. If you need help just give me a ring, jspec does so much damn business they don't want to deal this a shitty customer. especially if you call them cussing them out. ~Trever
