I have been to jspec multiple times and I work at the other end of whitesel rd so I can def say I know who the people are. The customer service there I have not experienced because all of our products have been 100% down to the s14 5 lug but you cant mess up much there. If he really was being ignorant and not trying to help thats another story. Jspec is a busy place, if he said he will replace it. Do that, you wanted to b20 in your car, you must get it there somehow. & since your paying carlos to do it of course I can see your frustration. I know it sucks you went through this, and I'm sorry but no need to flame them. Get your engine put it in and rock it til you blow it up.
