VIR Full course Feb 22, 23 & 24
Our event that Sunday (Feb 24) on VIR's 1.1 mile infield Patriot Course may also be of interest to you. It's a school followed by a fast autocross, and it would be an EXCELLENT "intro to road course driving" event for anyone. It's also less than 1/3 the cost of a full weekend HPDE:

Wow. Just reading through all the rules is making my head spin. I don't even know if my car is going to pass tech.

I jumped on registration for this as soon as it open. Got in on the kart enduro too. A weekend of driving sounds like fun to me. I've been itching to get my car out since I've done a few more things too it.
Looking forward to seeing those of you that I already know and meeting a few more people. See you there.

Well, I just got my card in the mail today. I feel so priviledged. haha. Now to figure out which class I'm supposed to be in. I always have problems when I get my car on the dyno, can I get the car dyno'd at a place that has a NASA certified dyno prior to the competition? From someone that has experience, is that a regular piece of info. before the race?
Why do you need to have your car dyno'd to fit into a class? And what portion of this event are you needing to class it for?
Trying to understand so I can help,
