I step away for like 3 days and you all get fucked up....
The realtime ITRs are indeed ITRs. one of them is useing an RS shell because they wrote off a wrecked ITR and replaced the shell with an RS...no big deal.
as far as honda being involved, honda has been supporting realtime since about 1994 or so, the king motorsports car is not supported by honda.
King motorsports has been prepareing and competing integras for grand am for a few years. it you go to the king site they like to a video aboart one of their cars for a lap of datona i think.
finally, realtime still has not gotten the dc5 as fast as the dc2. if they could, they would use the ITRs next year too, but honda wants them to use the RSXes
