Wiring trouble in my eg blinkers dont work and car wont turn off
Its a 92 honda civic
I took the dash out to replace the heater core and when I got the dash back in, the car will start up but when I turn the key to cut it off...nothing. I have to stall it for the engine to cut off and then disconnect the battery. The left or right blinkers do not work. headlights; tail lights; brake lights all work.

car not turning off? im not to sure... as for blinkers is the hazard switch plugged in? if not the signals will not work either

Common sense is telling me to pass on to you that you may have not connected a harness correctly or not at all...
