Ok, put a motor into a friends hatch, he has a 92 VX, but im kinda confused with the wiring, I know its simple, but we used the GSR harness that came with it, now my question is, I know when you do the swap you have to convert the 5 wire o2 plug to 4 wire and wire up the IAB and Knock sensor. So my question is:

1. Since I used the GSR harness do I have to convert the o2 plug?
2. Now what do I have to do to wire the IAB and knock sensor?

Some help would be appricated.

The IAB and knock sensor go to the ECU.. There are a lot of swap instructions for this swap, go to Hasport's site and poke around, you should find just about everything you need for wiring help..
