Default whistling sound coming from stereo

Hey, I noticed that my car only whistles when I turn on the radio/cdplayer. I am not sure wut would be causing this except for maybe crossed wires. I am going to check and make sure all the connections solid, and see if that does anything. Let me know wut u think guys.

Yeah, I had a problem where it would rise and fall with the RPM. Its probably a bad ground somewhere. Check all wires, all grounds.

Ya the ground is in a pretty bad place, I have an amp in the trunk hooked up to the cd player. Where is the best place to put the ground wire?

check all your gorunds, preferably around your amps......also if you ran your rca's with your power cable on the same side of the car. If so, then run your power cable to the other side. That should fix it.
