Very loud low whistle in throttle body on idle
I have a 93 hatch with a gsr motor swap and at idle there is a loud but low whistle noise coming from the throttle body. Its almost a low humming. I can't figure it out and its getting really annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It doesn't affect the way it runs but its just loud.

Did you change the throttle body gasket? If so you might have the wrong gasket.
If your throttle body has the FITV under it the parts inside might have came loose. http://www.team-integra.net/forum/19...your-fitv.html
One more thing to check. There should be a port on the left side of the TB just before the throttle plate. Place your finger over the hole to see if the sound stops.

Thanks for the input. I replaced the throttle body gasket and that did nothing to change the noise. But I found a pinched vacuum hose on the back of the intake manifold and thats all it was lol. Simple fix just hard to find
