LMA is a lost motion assembly. it goes underneath the center rocker arm to keep it near the non vtec arms so when vtec engages, it is close and ready to go.

Valve adjustment is $75, Leakdown is $60.I'll do both with new spark plugs and valve cover gasket (most likely need a new one if it hasnt been off before or in a while) for $150

do i drive to you or would you come over here? so could keep the car at under 100 degrees to do the valves if they need it....

damn, i really dont travel like that. i daily a v10 and it gets 10mpg on a good day. right now i have no time and would have you bring uit to me on a day where i'm already in the garage in the morning and come back in the afternoon and do it then so its cold. I cant take the time to get out there right now. have a coupld cars that need to be finished.

well the no three holds 285 psi now when i tried to do a leak down today the crank spun a little and the exhaust valves opened up and a LOT of black chunks and sooty stuff blew out the rear all over the driveway i then put the plug back in and it fired right up runs excellent i then ran a compression check and it is holding 285 now man this is some weird shit.......

Sounds like you need to run some kind of fuel system cleaner there man. Nothing should be black and chunky in your motor, AT ALL.
