you can do it on your own. Check out C-Speedracing.com, i believe they have a how-to.. Youll need a special tool (10 MM Valve tool from snapon) and some feeler gauges.

save the $ .... do it yourself , but be sure do do it when the car is COLD !!

be very careful, do it while the motor and complete valve train are cold, and go through it twice and double check your work. do it right or don't do it at all.

Accuracy Automotive Cheseapeke, Terry is doing mine for $60, but those are friend prices. Might not charge you a whole lot more.

it's pretty easy to do and it only takes about 30 mins if you are taking your time. www.c-speedracing.com has a good write up you should look at. you can just bend the end of a 10mm wrench instead of buying that stupid tool.
