How Hard Would It Be To Turbo A 91 Honda Accord With A Stock F22 Engine ???

How Much Am I Looking At For A Total Cost ??

Not "too" hard.

For a complete kit... ~2.5k

Or, if you piece your own together, you can go from 500 - 2000
depending

The f22 can handle about 8-10 psi safely.
Any more and you are pushin it.
