i was looking at the autozone site and also at the chiltons manual, they said the first thing it could be is the spark plugs/ distibutor. then the tps. i just need it fixed asap. and this type of work i am not good/well known with. And I am afraid to drive it to a shop because it always stalls out slowing down and i have almost been in 3 accidents from it.

Don't listen to the retards at autozone, they are about as helpful as a bag of hammers. If you where closer to the 757 I'd say bring it by my house and I would check it out but I'm sure theres someone on here that could help you up there.

yeah me too lol. the only problem i have is getting it somewhere. it stalls out when i slow down and i have almost gotten into several accidents so i dont want to risk driving it anywhere

Have it taken somewhere and have the fluids flushed and trans filter replaced and see how it does afterwards, a locked up torque converter is like having a manual and slowing down with out taking it out of gear and/or not pressing the clutch.

so someone checked out my truck yesterday he drove it and when he pt it in neutral coming to a stop it did not stall out. he said the trans but idk. i just dont have money like that right now and need a dd to get to work
