im assuming u used a shift linkage out of a 99-00 si . if not that could be the issue . i have a 98 civc and used a b18 shift liankage and im having issues as well getting into 3 and 5 . i have been told the b18 and b16 are two diff length as well as a 92-95 si vs a 99-00 si shift linkage . been told the99-00 si shift linkage are the only ones that works correctly without any issues for 96-00 civic for b series swaps .
