I have a hydro clutch and I am having trouble with it getting into gear. When the car sits overnight or for a couple hours I can drive it perfect shifts really smooth but after driving for 2-3 hours if I stop the car will not go into any gear. Can someone try and help me thanks. I have just put a new slave cylinder and master cylinder.
The car is a 99ex with a b16 swap, b16 trans with a short shifter, and has stock b16 shift linkage.

im assuming u used a shift linkage out of a 99-00 si . if not that could be the issue . i have a 98 civc and used a b18 shift liankage and im having issues as well getting into 3 and 5 . i have been told the b18 and b16 are two diff length as well as a 92-95 si vs a 99-00 si shift linkage . been told the99-00 si shift linkage are the only ones that works correctly without any issues for 96-00 civic for b series swaps .
