Default top or front mount?

Im looking into turboing the yadda so im startin to figure out what pieces im gunna use. For the intercooler i was thinkin of just gettin a top mount off of a turboII and fitting the hood. just cuz it would be neat and mazda'y and probably cheaper. but then theres the whole heat sink thing. so i dunno. what do u turbo guys think. Im not gunna push high boost. Al things considered what do you think. play it safe and go FMIC or be different with the TII?

You might be able to mount it to the side of the engine bay near the firewall. My friend has a Miata and it looks like you might be able to do it on the right side? I think the intake manifold is on the left. I think it would look hot with a scoop in-front of the driver. $0.02.

or get a water jacket welded around it and put it on top with a festiva radiator or 2 oil coolers up front and a bilge pump from a boat to pump the water from an 10 galon igloo in the trunk filled with ice to it...

Just my 2 cents.. hehe

it doesnt but you dont need a heat sink heating the air up either. i'd go FMIC if i were you...
